Crescent is dedicated to making your on-line jewellery purchase a memorable one and if for any reason you
are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the following guidelines.
You can return any merchandise you purchase from Crescent at your local Crescent Gold and Diamonds store with your receipt,
within 30 days for a full refund. Please remember that shipping charges are not refundable unless
you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
If you choose to ship your order back to us rather than taking it to your local store,
you are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur. The same 30 day period
applies for refund or exchange, so please have the return package postmarked within the 30 day period based on the date we shipped the order to you. We suggest that you ship your order via Federal Express or Canada Post Priority Courier to make tracking your return easier.
Returns are easy, here's how:
- Include your receipt as a packing slip.
- Circle the items you are returning.
- Indicate whether it is an Exchange or Refund (You have 30 days for a refund or an exchange).
- Contact Federal Express or Canadian Post for a parcel pick up. Completely fill out the courier shipping label.
- Pack the item(s) as received with all receipts/warranties etc. and insert inside a courier shipping box.
- Courier the parcel by either FedEx, Priority Courier to:

NOTE: We recommend using FedEx or Canada Post for all return shipping. These carriers provide package tracking and proof of delivery to us. Insurance on Insured Mail should be for the full retail price of the items being returned.
