purchase for a lifetime. That's why we offer you the finest in diamond coverage with your
diamond purchase - our Lifetime Diamond Guarantee. If, at any time, your original diamond
becomes chipped, broken or lost from its original setting, Crescent Gold and Diamonds will
replace it free of any charge to you. We will gladly clean and inspect your jewellery
purchase at any of our associated stores as often as you like. These inspections must be
carried out and recorded at least once every six months to keep your guarantee valid.
Lifetime Trade-up Policy
Crescent Gold and Diamonds will happily accept your Crescent diamond bridal set,
diamond solitaire ring, solitaire diamond earrings, solitaire diamond pendant, diamond
trinity or diamond anniversary ring towards your next purchase of a regular priced diamond.
Your next diamond purchase must be at least twice the price paid for the original diamond.
Presentation of the Lifetime Diamond Guarantee certificate is required.
Free Appraisals
As a special service, Crescent Gold and Diamonds provides a written appraisal
showing the full value of their purchase. Applicable to diamond rings of .25 carat or
larger size, these appraisals are prepared by an independent and internationally
recognized gemological laboratory to ensure authentic values.
Unbeatable Pricing Policy
Crescent Gold and Diamonds is happy to guarantee the unsurpassed value of
our merchandise by assuring the customer that we will not be
undersold. Our Unbeatable Pricing Policy states that, if the customer finds the
identical item they have purchased from us elsewhere at a lower price, we will
gladly refund the difference.
